8. Your Choices and Rights

8.1 Access and Correction

You can view and edit your display name, handle, and bio within the App at any time. You can replace or remove your profile photo within the App.

8.2 Delete Your Content

You can delete your draft and unpublished recipes within the App. Published recipes cannot be deleted by you directly (this prevents circumventing the moderation record), but you may contact us at hello@auralithlabs.dev to request removal.

8.3 Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes your profile, favorites, blocks, and reports filed by you. Published recipes are anonymized (your name is replaced with "deleted user") rather than deleted, to preserve the community content record. Unpublished and draft recipes are hard-deleted.

8.4 Block and Report

You can block other users from within the App, which hides their content from your feed. You can report recipes or users using the in-app report tool.

8.5 Sign in with Apple

If you use Sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, Apple provides us with a private relay email address. We do not receive your real Apple ID email. You can revoke the App's access to your Apple ID at any time through your Apple ID settings, which will effectively sign you out.

9. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, the right to delete personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@auralithlabs.dev. We do not sell personal information, so there is no opt-out of sale to provide.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the version number and prompting you to review and re-accept within the App. The "Effective date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
